Privacy Policy

    Last updated: May 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Peptide Basics ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Peptide Basics website at peptidebasics.com and the Peptide Basics mobile application (together, the "Services").

    Information we collect

The Services are designed to be used without an account for most features. We collect the following information:

    • Information you provide. If you submit our contact form or join the protocol-builder waitlist, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond and store the lead.
    • Account information (optional). If you sign in to access the member area (courses, certificates, forum), we receive basic profile information from our authentication provider, such as your email address and user identifier.
    • Usage data. Our servers automatically receive standard request information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is used for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.
    • Cookies and local storage. The website uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. The mobile app uses on-device storage for the same purposes.

    How we use information

    • To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
    • To respond to your messages and support requests.
    • To authenticate members and protect access to member-only content.
    • To monitor for abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
    • To comply with legal obligations.

    Information we do not collect

The Peptide Basics mobile app does not collect location data, contacts, photos, microphone input, or health data. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell personal information.

    Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, email delivery, and authentication providers), and only to the extent needed for them to provide their service. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to protect the safety of users.

    Third-party links

The Services contain links to third-party websites, including research peptide suppliers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies before submitting any information.

    Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Contact form submissions and member account data are retained until you request deletion.

    Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California). You may also clear cookies and local storage from your browser at any time.

    Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

    Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
